Meet Rachel Olson

Rachel is here to help you with all of your real estate questions and needs! Whether it is a purchase, sale or a refinance, Rachel prides herself on her elite level of customer service and constant communication. She is always available to her clients, or anyone involved in the transaction to answer questions. Rachel would love to speak with you about any questions you may have.

 

A bit more about Rachel: born raised in the Montlake neighborhood of Seattle, she currently resides on the Eastside, just over 520. She considers herself a true local Seattlite: she attended grade school at St. Joseph's and High School at Seattle Prep, both on Capitol Hill. After school she attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she played basketball, golf and studied accounting. Upon graduating from Trinity, she moved back to Seattle where she began her mortgage career as an underwriter for Provident Funding. After a few years with Provident she decided to move from the banking side of the business to the consumer side of the business which is when she made the jump to Loan Officer. After 6 years in the mortgage industry, she decided to add a new element to her real estate services; she obtained her real estate license.

 

6 years into Real Estate, she is a Managing Broker and has a team called The Rachel Olson Group. The team just achieve #14 highest producing small team in WA State for 2020 with over $65.5m in sales volume.

 

Rachel is extremely driven and motivated to educate buyers and sellers about the current trends in real estate. It is Rachel's mission to help everyone achieve their real estate goals, build wealth and eventually help get everyone buy their dream home!

 

Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Cole and their adorable Australian Labradoodle, Phinney. She also loves to spend as much time as possible at their getaway in Chelan, playing basketball, traveling, skiing and all things real estate.
